This is a classic slice of cheap and cheerful 80's horror, where the police are on the tail of a Jack the Ripper copycat. James Spader is the main reason to watch this film, he is a superb actor and he really makes this film worth watching!! I really enjoyed this, it's great fun and couldn't be more 80's if it tried!! I know James Spader has many fans out there and I advise them all to watch this if just to see a glimpse of him looking his sexist as Richard Wesford!!

and after the credits roll up you can see why because the actual film appears to have been made in 1987 and is therefore 20 years old and past its sell-by date.Obviously many films retain there status years on but not this tripe.James Spader plays the part of twins, one a doctor who is murdered and the other twin who apparently "sees" the murder happen. To use the storyline of "murders occurring on the same dates and in the same style of the Jack the Ripper murders" is a travesty and I think a DELIBERATE deception of the buyer of the DVD because the only dead body you see is one who is allegedly killed during an abortion?The acting is C Standard and I give 1 star to Cynthia Gibb who gets SOME of her kit off.
