I got this for my 17th birthday and I was over the moon as I love CHARMED and watched every episode since it began

I just received my Charmed Magic Chest, and I'm so incredibly happy with it. I live in the United States, and this limited edition set was not released here. Because of that, the DVDs are not in a format that will work in my DVD player, and I probably paid a little more than most others who purchased it, but IT IS WORTH IT. I already have all of the seasons that were released here in the States, so I was purchasing this as more of a collector's item. For us fans who waited so long to have the DVDs of Charmed released, it is a pleasure to see so much thought go into the presentation of this set. I feel like I have a true treasure, and a great representation of what an incredible TV show Charmed is.

I just don't get !
This is supposed to be a 4:3 (full frame) series originally (consult eventually imdb.com ) but This boxset is sold as 1.66:1 .
Yet no one has made any comment whatsoever with respect to the aspect ratio for this boxset .
No one has written that they thought it nice (or enjoyed) to see it in 1.66:1 as opposed to the 4:3 in which it were original aired .
On the other hand no one has written any comment that the boxset were only in 4:3 aspect ratio and that they were disappointed .
There ought to have been comments of either persuasion and yet there is not a single comment with respect to the aspect ratio.
Like I wrote to start with : I just don't get it , What is the real aspect ratio of this boxset ? And why haven't there been any comments on it at all ?
Most places I've seen the set it has been listed as 4:3 !

My box set arrived a few days ago and i am already on the second season.

I am so attatched its unreal. It comes in a beatiful wooden box and it neatly presentd with a certificate.

Wow, well I got my "chest" two days ago, and I am in love with it. It's really well made, the handle is usable and the little scroll is just an amazing touch to it all.

If you love charmed as much as I do, go for this. I hesitated at first, but the price drop just egged me on to get it. I am very glad I did. Don't hesitate. Buy.
