I must say I was very disappointed when I first heard this, being a huge fan of Coheed and Cambria. It is entirely different from CO&CA, in terms of musical style. I had my tracks on random last week and mistook the beginning of a Prize Fighter song for an Aphex Twin song!

However, with repeated listening it really grows on you. It's very warm music with a clear sense of humour, headed by Claudio's liquid voice. Some beautiful acoustic guitar flourishes stand out from very smooth synthesizer melodies, and it's an album completely full of surprises.

The CD came with the lyrics printed on the back of tarot cards too - an odd touch but strangely really cool! I'd recommend it for lovers of Claudio's voice definitely, you probably need an open mind to enjoy it fully but it's a great little CD!

Just when you thought Claudio from Co&Cam couldn't shock you more with his lyrics and style...this happens! The first track is very sweet, almost poppy, but also haunting. Don't get used to it though, this album feels almost as if there's something left unsaid from Second Stage Turbine and this is Claudio's chance to make it known. Once again he paints a very vivid picture for the listener and makes you experience something you certainly remember. The electronica synths mixed with the guitar work spreads nicely across the CD so that it flows beautifully. The quality is constant as is the pace, so if you're searching for another Co&Cam riff-fest you're going to have to wait I'm afraid, but this album is sheer poetry, a great addition to any collection. A spin on the insert-a deck of song lyric tarot cards- is a new one on me also! My advice is to buy this album...it may not be to the tastes of the average rock fan, but those who understand Co&Cam understand something deeper, which we all know Claudio is about. Many thanks for reading
