I bought this dvd two days ago for my dad and he loves it. It contains two episodes and some wonderful heartfelt interviews and great footage, highly recommended 5 star

If one isn't familiar with the history of WWII you might find this a good and intersting DVD that adds to the "Band of Brothers" box set, especially the interviews with the veterans. If however one is familiar with WWII history & archival footage of American Airborn forces, one will recognise the archival footage used to support the interviews is the usual stock standard footage often and repeatedly used throught the electronic and pring media. The narrative is similarly at best, little more than standard fare.
