This film is about a slightly derranged teenager (Sutherland) who becomes rather friendly with a deaf girl (Vaughan) after stealing a mannequin. While he learns sign language, she learns to lip read and the movie follows the relationship between the two. I thoroughly loved this movie, as it shows a young, innocent side to Kiefer Sutherland (he was only about 19/20 when it was made.) It's one of my favourite films!
