Not bad. A modern take on 'Cinderella' set in France and starring Rob Lowe (Youngblood) and Jennifer Grey (Dirty Dancing). Fashion icon Francesco Salvitore (Lowe) is desperately scouting for the next top model, seemingly unhappy with a string of hopeful auditions. Kelly Carter (Grey), an aspiring designer of shoes, one day helps a wacky tourist who turns out to be a fairy godmother of sorts. The lady casts a magic spell on Carter's shoes, rendering her beautiful each time she wears them - Carter is suddenly able to adopt two personas at will (Prudence the supermodel and tawdry designer, Kelly). Salvitore suddenly takes notice of Carter's designs and is further besotted with her alter-ego. But can she persuade him to fall in love with the real Kelly Carter?

A romantic comedy set in and around Paris and featuring two 80s teen stars obviously at low points in their careers. Perhaps best left for the kids to watch, as they will overlook the cliched dialogue and tiresome jokes. A nice Parisian backdrop though and characters you can root for in the way of personal development.
