I really enjoyed this game. I got stuck several times, but not for so long that I became discouraged. The graphics are excellent, especially the lunar locations and creatures; there's an interesting story, with a combination of humour, mystery and suspense; the plot and puzzle development maintain one's interest throughout; the interface is well designed and easy to use; and the problems and possible actions have been sensibly planned to avoid the player getting stuck in a dead end by doing something stupid (at least I never managed it, and I'm usually adept at doing something stupid in adventure games); and there's a wide variation in the types of problems to solve.

The game did crash on me once, but that was only once over a couple of weeks of intensive play, so it didn't bother me - and even that happened in quite an interesting way, and it was a while before I realised it had actually gone wrong; at first it just seemed that events in the game had become rather more curious than usual. The only other minor gripe is that there's a certain lack of tension when attempting potentially fatal actions, as the game immediately restores you to the pre-fatal point, to try again.

Overall, though, I felt that I definitely got my money's worth with Journey to the Moon, and was pleased to have bought it.

This game has its own distinct feel and is interesting enough to while away a few hours at the price. Graphics are fine for a game that encourages thinking not shooting.

I bought this game on a friend's recommendation.
When I began playing - I found the scenario at the beginning predictable and typical of this sort of point and click game.
The story line was intriguing - but nothing special.
Once the story progresses to the moon - it really comes into it's own.
The puzzles are the kind I love - linguistic and numerical.
If you like the kind of game where you crack codes and puzzles - and work out relationships between objects - this is for you.

It is entirely logical and none of the puzzles are obscure and terribly difficult.

It depends on the kind of gamer you are - Don't expect action content. Just experiment and take note of your journal - it will fill with clues as you progress.

I was disappointed when I finished. I had a lot of fun with it.

Hi - well i'm no expert with adventure games. Have played all the Monkey Islands and Leisure Larry's etc. I enjoyed this game. Very well done. The puzzles or some of them I found rather trying at times because you miss some little details here and there so be vigilant with everything. Well worth it if the enjoy adventure games...

A mouse driven (hooray) adventure game which looks good and has interesting logic and puzzles.

For some reason, the game runs a little slow on my system (P4 3.2, 128 MB GT6600 video card and 1GB RAM) but it still plays well. It's not as good as Longest Journey or the Broken Sword series, but they're high benchmarks.

A real plus is that once loaded, you don't need to have the discs in to play. So far I've been playing it for about three hours and it's still enjoyable.

The game has a great feature in that when you die, it automatically takes you back to the point before you carked so that you can have another go at whatever killed you.

Full marks to the Adventure Company for putting these sorts games out.
