Never mind the price - this is an appalling print of this film whichnearly managed to wreck my enjoyment. The picture is fuzzy, there areannoying jumps where a few seconds have been lost, blotches and scrathes.It's alomst unbeliveable that this company had the cheek to release itlike this!

This is one of the funniest L&H films I've ever seen. There's a hilarious scene, where Stan plays the harp on a drying-rack. Well worth watching. This DVD edition of the movie is quite awful, though. Bad sound, bad picture and no extra features. It's a disappointment even if the price is low, and one shouldn't expect much. Find another edition of the movie - a movie this good shouldn't have to suffer this much in a time of digital technology.

It's Stan and Ollie at their best. These two gentlemen may be long dead, and their films may be 64 years old, but some things never die.

In this film, Ollie is rejected by the in keepers daughter, georgiette, because she has a husband. You thi nk he'd be used to it by now ;-), but he'll never learn, he decides to drown himself, in pirahna infested water - then decides to join the foreign legion. These are two people who don't answer very well to commitment. Superb, You'll split your sides.
