I'm not surprised this film got an award for 'FAMILY FILM OF THE YEAR 2002' it truly is a wonderful film. Unfortunatly I never saw the first twenty minuits of it which would have gave me the characters names, but I just went with it. 'Celine Dion' Sings the theme song 'I have a dream' which is equally wonderful. This film stars Tom Arnold and Ritch Brinkley in a warm coming of age drama. This film somehow gives a sense of hope in the world. The young actors are not perfect but actually better than perfect. Lovely ending... sweet and cheerful, but not like a lot of drama's where they end the film with a kiss, this is much more sensual and romantic. The film is set, I believe, in the late 50's early 60's and has a very set tone. The character a not stiff and dead but very loose and do not let any of their acting abilites go to waste. Lovely stage scene at the church with the girl next door as she sings 'I have a dream' wonderful and truly amazing!
Last words.
If you looking for a film that is great to watch over, and over again then this is it for you. I am now going to buy it and hope that other do the same.
thankyou.
