It's always as well to have a book of notes for a book you're studying (or teaching). As notes go, this one is very flimsy, though. It does cover most of the basics, but minor characters and detailed, heavy-duty A-grade analysis is not here. Go for this if you just want a B/C-ish sort of a score, or if you're simply in a tearing hurry. Hmm.

I found this book to be better than the York Notes version, partly because the text commentaries are EXCELLENT.
Questions are posed in the middle of these commentaries, which make you think, instead of just mechanically reading.
They truly are *Commentaries* and not just summaires.
