I read the reviews and thought this book was too good to be true, but ordered it anyway. We had been trying to conceive for two years and had just had an expensive second IVF treatment fail. I was open to any suggestion. I received the book within two days, read it immediately, put it into practice and three weeks later I'm pregnant at 40 years old. This is genuine, no one is more surprised than me. The advice in this book is detailed and specific but easy to follow regarding timing, the dos and don't and it really works.

Very informative and easy to read. Essential for anybody planning a baby. It provided a great deal of information about many topics such as nutrition, when to stop certain types of contraception etc. Also focusses on the importance of planning a pregnancy and how this can impact upon the later development of your pregnancy. Learned a great deal about matters which I doubt any Doctor would have taken the time to tell me. If you are a planner then this book will definitely help you with your timeline in order to plan a pregnancy that will happen hopefully at the time that you want it to.

After trying (very hard!!) for a baby for over a year, I read this book whilst on holiday without my husband. I thought I was not getting pregnant because of my age, I'm 38. But, not for us to give up, on my return we put into practice what I'd read in the book & two weeks later, I gave him a positive pregnancy test stick, wrapped up for his birthday! Our baby is due in May. The book does not confuse you with long words and science. It is easy to follow and to put into practice. I'm sure that had I not read this book we would still be trying today.
